the asset bundle manifst is a separate file procuces by the build and it can be found in the assetbundles file
you can check the native binding in unity's user manual

i had the same problem , so i went to edit>project settings> Input> under Mouse X set the sensitivity to 2 or higher , this should do the trick ,...
try increasing the axis sensitivity i did it and it worked fine for me :D
