The problem is on Video RAM usage. I have 512mb of VRAM, while netcode sample gets 0.9Gb in editor. But why?
0.9 Gb of Video RAM usage? While I have 512mb. That's the reason of low fps on my machine.
With synchronous burst compilation - same behaviour. Also first run takes 30 sec + increase memory usage up to 4gb.
Just tried the samples and it all unusable on MacBook Pro 15 2012 (non retina) (10.14.6, Metal)
And it fixed again in iOS 13.2

Just create a sparse bundle image in Disk Utility and mount it. Then move your Unity and project to disk image. All woks fine in my case.
Just created sprasebundle image, moved project and unity 5.4.5 to disk image and all works!
