Don't use the 3.0 Beta hub, use the 2.4.4 one the Beta seems bust, I would also use the 2020 LTS version of unity, its more stable - Good Luck

Not 100% sure, but from memory this is a DX9 shader and DX9 is no longer supported in later versions of unity, could be your issue
