It support 2018.3. But not using Render Pipeline.
We will have LWRP and shader graph support in next update. Stay tuned.

IAP Manager Pro use a internal namespace for storing data in PlayerPref. So, it will not link to your player pref automatically.
I have revised some code to unlock inventory. Could you contact me at email@example.com. So, i can send you for testing.
Now, the unlock options for inventory can only set by API. I will check if it is possible to do it without coding.

Here is the recommend steps.
1. Define each skin as a inventory item.
2. Create a IAP package and include the inventory into the package.
Since Unity purchase should not support real good. And apple will not allow real good using In-App-Purchase.
So, it didn't support.
