When the client connects, the scene takes more than 10-15 seconds to load...
may be it would be better to set Text property of StyleSupportTooltip not GameObject, but Text.
are you planning to add animation support for the button? For example, increase when pressed.
WebGL version cannot be server.
Run one Windows instance as server. Then WebGL-instance can connect to server as client.
Enable "Use WebSockets" in Network Manager.
