It's Unity Bug. Temporarily Until Unity Fxes the Bug:
Delete The Unity Inapp Plugin Latest Version and Install The Previous Version[1.21.0].
Yes, I have the same problem. No problem running scripts when I choose linux mac on pc. The scripts don't work when I choose android.

change lines "[ADMOB APPLICATION ID]"...
The problem will be solved if you do "Managed Stripping Level" to "High" in Player Settings.
