Couldn't you in theory ask the corridor if its connected on more than one doorway and if not, just delete it and close the doorway on the other...

Dont use unet, use mirror instead https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/network/mirror-129321, unet is deprecated
I am not sure but if the doors are included in the navmesh theyre probably set to navmesh static, turning that off should work I think....

I dont think you can do that, however I dont understand why you would set the max stable slope angle to 0 since I think you wont even be able to...
Since you can only use a capsule collider which cannot rotate this only works if your barrels dont rotate either xD
