    Any update would be appreciated. This is not a little bug but rather a serious and fundamental flaw and we need more frequent updates.

    Can you take a screengrab of your texel resolution? Just switch to Baked instead of Shaded. Also I gave up on Final Gather, way too little benefit...

    Check your Shadow Distance in the Quality Tab. I am not sure if it affects Baked Shadows. Try increasing it substantially and seeing if that helps.
