A Unity ID allows you to buy and/or subscribe to Unity products and services, shop in the Asset Store and participate
in the Unity community.
So, these ideas would require a bit more redesign of the UI and I will hand it over to our UX team :)

No this is currently not possible. Maybe bake the AO out, and use it in your shaders with a color. Have you tried that?
