I have an issue with reflections since updating to Unity 2018, see picture below.
It's only visible in the mobile build and not in the editor.
Play around with the filtering settings. Focus in the indirect filter since you use emissive as light source.

Looks like your normalmap texture isnt set to Normal Map under Texture Type
You have it in the Lighting tab
For anyone else with this issue. I got it working by turning off Compressed under Baked GI in Lighting > Scene
I've tried clearing baked data if thats what you mean.

Yes, same scene has worked before. Nothing wrong with the bake itself, just the baked view in editor.
