TXXAA doesn't work well with particles (vfx graph) and some postprocessing effects like bloom. With TXAA is visible downgrade on particles.

In HDRP 8.2 (Unity 20.1.5) when opening new script or compiling the script, Unity always gives this message:

Occasionally, when closing HDRP project in 20.1.5, Unity froze. I had to quit it in task manager to close it.
This doesn't happen every time....

This is interesting. GI solution in Eevee. Visually it makes emissive materials emit indirect lighting almost realtime.
Do you have exposure set to Fixed in postprocessing? This might not be it but I had similar issue.
