Recently, We measured the delay of touch input to screen output.
Even though I disabled Multi Sampling, The issue recurred.
In my case, the glitched tile sprite violated the area alongside.
I had similar issue. I disabled Multi Sampling from QualitySettings and the defect has gone.
Script's Awake, OnEnable, OnDisable functions are invoked when I select a prefab containing script and SpriteRenderer at playing the editor.
