Do you have any screenshot to compare the issue you're having? Like, one screenshot from the original model and the other one from TriLib.
Have you tried TriLib 2.0 beta?
It should be handling GLTF 2.0 coordinates right.
What file format are you loading? Some loaders aren't loading colors yet, but I can add the color loading pretty quickly.
