The menu of levels is currently blocked - they've yet to be implemented. Try pressing 'click to load' and loading an image link.

Kongregate is often a terrible source of income unless you have a very good game that gets thousands of plays a day (think bloons, etc).

What I did in my experimenting was make the paddles, the ball and the walls the 'bouncy' physic material.
