A Unity ID allows you to buy and/or subscribe to Unity products and services, shop in the Asset Store and participate
in the Unity community.
You aren't checking if the player isn't crouching or running, thus you're adding your normal movement speed with the crouch/run speed.
Building with no scene added builds the game with the current active scene. (Atleast when i've tested it).
Make sure you haven't selected Development build in the Build settings.
Have you tried using transform.localRotation? I had a similar problem and using the transform.localRotation solved the issue.
