Ok, I believe I found a workaround.
You must install tha latest non-beta Unity (4.4.2f2) and THEN install 5.5.0b9 (with facebook) as well.
Lol, I tried to file a bug using the editor menu... and it crashes with a dll not foud error.
Nope... reredownloaded and clean installed, same issue. It's really frustrating.
