thats probably problem with fragmotion-exporter-fbx not unity3d itself

just make perspective camera instead of ortho. And every object on background make little bit more far/near from camera than other.
if you have no idea about C#. you can use some of visual scripting plugins like: blox,playmaker or so...
there are also metasequoia 3d, milkshape 3d, Fragmotion 3d. but i today use blender because is much more powerful than all other three.

your probably using luajit as plugin dll. so this will not work as webgl... only option i think u need something like "lua-js" / "moonshinejs"...
