Well, then use SetActive and toggle the menu at button press.
Why would you create and destroy a menu? Put it wherever you want (even as a child of the player if you want to be relative to it) and show/hide it.

Is the Asset Store version the right one?
It looks reaaally good.
Only two decisive questions for me:
- Is WebGL supported?
- Anything to work with channels? Something to work with rooms...
It comes only with C# highlighting, but you can easily change it in some minutes to get it working with any other lang.
